Yesterday , i was using it and the battery was low I plugged it in but I didn’t work. Suddenly it turned off. I plugged in again and still didn’t work and the battery light went off. I tried another charger but still didn’t work. I disconnected the battery still didn’t work.
Important notes: when I was using the laptop the battery precentage doesn’t go more than 80%. I don’t know why so I hope u can look at it.
