The computer screen is not turning on correctly. Last week it didn’t turn on at all, I could hear the start sound and the fan but nothing on the screen. Today it had been off for several days and when I connected it the screen did turn on and the Apple logo came up on start then the password area came up, however after that the screen went off and didn’t come on again. I tried restarting several times but this time the Apple logo didn’t come on at start and neither did the password screen, I tried calling Apple and reset the NVRAM or PRAM and also resetting the SMC but neither of those changed anything.
