Sound bar has worked great for five years or so. Just stopped working two days ago. At first it was connecting erratically to the TV. Then it stopped connecting to the TV at all. Now it will power on, but only shows the HDMI input. None of the other controls on the sound bar or remote work, except for the power and the “SOUND EFFECT” button on the remote, which cycles the options on the soundbar LCD. However, even when connected by HDMI the sound bar won’t make any sound. I factory reset it but that didn’t help, and neither did an attempt to update the firmware via an attached USB drive – the sound bar never even attempted to read the drive.
