I can tell the TV turns on because the light on the front goes on but it seems like the picture doesn't work. The screen is just a very dark gray with no sound and no picture. When I turn it off I can tell it's off because it does go completely black. When turned back on, again, it is turning on but there is no picture or sound and also cannot access any of the on-screen menu items. Tried to unplug for a few minutes and plug back in and that did not work.
