I'm getting a message that the cooling fan is not operating properly and that it will shut down in 15 seconds if I don't hit Enter.
The other issue is the rear area of the laptop does not stay closed. I am able to snap the rear area when I close the laptop. But when I open the laptop the left and right rear underpanel opens and does not stay closed. I would like to get that corrected if possible.
