The tv does not power on easily. When it does it will display a discoloration on the screen. The colors give off a rainbow like view. The figures will be easy to make out but the color of the person will be black and white. The tv does not respond to the remote control demands. Will have to plug the tv in and out the wall socket repeatedly to get it to view the Phillips screen. Once on, the tv will stay on.
