Tv currently won't turn on (no screen, but I can hear the internal click and the red light blinks).. this has happened a few times before, but usually the TV comes back on eventually. Though when it does there are more white dots on the screen than the last time. The white spots have been appearing over some time now. If the white spots don't show up… the whole top 1/4 of the screen is dark, or shaded.
